What you will do

• Research and write reports and content summarizing CalMTA’s work and initiatives.
• Perform technical copy editing, fact-checking, and sourcing of reports and studies developed by partners.
• Concept and create high-quality, data-driven visuals to support information sharing.
• Develop presentation materials that effectively deliver key messages and outcomes.
• Ensure all documents adhere to CalMTA brand standards and messaging.
• Collaborate with project teams to plan and execute activities promoting program progress.

Requirements

• Must be located in the state of California.
• 5+ years of work experience in energy efficiency and subject matter knowledge.
• Experience writing and editing a range of technical and marketing documents.
• Proficiency in data visualization and Microsoft Suite (particularly Word and PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• B.S. or B.A. degree preferred.
