Lecturer In Business (Education): Delivering and developing undergraduate and postgraduate business programs with an accent on engaging face-to-face teaching and curriculum enhancement. Focus on designing teaching materials, assessing student performance, and ensuring academic quality assurance in a multi-campus environment.

Location: Must be based in London and be flexible to travel to all campus locations (Holborn, Fitzrovia, Southall, Wembley, Kingsbury, and Harrow).

Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum

What you will do

• Deliver lectures, seminars, and tutorials for UG and PG business programs.
• Design and update teaching materials and manage digital learning platforms.
• Set and assess student assignments and exams, providing detailed feedback.
• Provide academic and pastoral support to students, including those with special needs.
• Participate in quality assurance and module/programme evaluations.
• Coordinate with associate lecturers and lead specific modules.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant business-related field.
• Experience teaching in Higher Education.
• Strong digital teaching capabilities.
• Knowledge of HE quality assurance and validation processes.
• Willingness to travel between all London campus locations.
• Commitment to obtaining a teaching qualification if not already held.

Nice to have

• PhD or equivalent industry experience.
• Existing teaching qualification (FHEA, SHEA, PGCAP, AHEA).
• Experience in research or enterprise activity.
• Experience leading academic teams.
