What you will do

• Manage the full funnel: acquisition (CPI/CAC), retention (MAU/DAU), and reactivation of inactive users.
• Audit and map the Customer Journey Map (CJM) to identify and fix UX/UI friction points.
• Build and optimize event-based email and push CRM campaigns with audience segmentation.
• Drive performance marketing via Apple Search Ads, SEO, GEO, and ASO, including A/B testing landing pages.
• Analyze end-to-end results using AppsFlyer and Amplitude to make data-driven decisions on CAC and LTV.
• Manage PR agencies and influencer collaborations to secure placements in premium business media.

Requirements

• Experience in the Premium/Luxury sector with an understanding of affluent clients.
• Strong proficiency in SEO and content marketing to build sustainable organic growth.
• Analytical approach to marketing with a focus on CAC, LTV, and Retention metrics.
• Fluent English for negotiations and content creation in a global market.
• Work location: Tallinn, Estonia.
