What you will do

• Own the end-to-end technical execution of advertiser campaigns, from launch through in-flight optimization.
• Partner with Sales and Account Management to retain advertiser spend and identify upsell opportunities.
• Manage manual ad operations including billing, reconciliation, and asset coordination.
• Deliver analytical insights and performance reporting to drive advertiser retention and growth.
• Equip commercial teams with data and operational support for high-stake accounts.
• Surface advertiser feedback to Product and Engineering teams to improve platform features and processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Management, or Customer Success within digital advertising or marketplace environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple ad campaigns simultaneously with high operational quality.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose performance issues and provide actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in data tools including SQL for self-serve querying and BI dashboards.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage complex workflows and billing cycles.
• Must be based in Tallinn, Estonia or willing to work from the office.
