What you will do
- Develop and execute customer-centric CRM strategies and data-led campaigns based on business objectives.
- Lead multi-channel communication strategies across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
- Integrate CRM initiatives with broader marketing, product, and design roadmaps for seamless customer experiences.
- Analyze campaign performance and produce actionable insights for senior leadership to inform prioritization.
- Establish governance and quality assurance standards for all outbound communications.
- Mentor junior team members and provide strategic oversight and development support.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in loyalty program management, CRM strategy, or customer engagement.
- 3+ years of managerial experience, preferably within B2C tech or e-commerce industries.
- Proven experience in designing, launching, and optimizing complex multi-channel subscription programs.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills for collaborating within a global organization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate strategies to senior leadership.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM tools such as Iterable, Braze, CleverTap, or Leanplum.
- Background in food delivery, on-demand delivery, or e-commerce.
