TL;DR

Affiliate Manager (iGaming): Managing and scaling affiliate-driven user acquisition in the LatAm region with an accent on strategic partnerships and performance optimization. Focus on building high-value relationships, mentoring an Affiliate Coordinator, and improving ROI and acquisition metrics.

Location: Tallinn, Estonia (Hybrid). Open to candidates based in the EU.

Salary: €3,100–€4,100 gross per month

What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic affiliate partnerships across the LatAm region.
  • Lead, mentor, and support an Affiliate Coordinator to optimize daily operations.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize acquisition, retention, and ROI.
  • Adapt marketing campaigns to LatAm markets, considering local cultural and regulatory factors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Compliance, Creative, Product, and Finance.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and regional advertising regulations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in multi-market or regional roles.
  • Proven experience in team leadership or people management.
  • Strong ability to work with performance data and implement campaign optimizations.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
  • Solid understanding of affiliate tracking systems and key performance metrics.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of advertising compliance requirements specific to LatAm markets.
