What you will do

• Act as a liaison between Production Managers and Department Teams to flag and resolve issues delaying workflow or delivery.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date shot database in Shotgrid and deliver detailed status reports to leadership.
• Generate and manage task schedules based on milestones across multiple departments to keep artists on track.
• Organize internal department meetings and show review sessions, distributing detailed notes via Shotgrid.
• Mentor junior coordinators on production best practices to increase continuity across shows.
• Collaborate with supervisors to manage render priorities and ensure artists have necessary materials for efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in British Columbia and eligible to work in Canada.
• 3+ years of solid production experience coordinating feature films or TV.
• Expert-level project coordination and scheduling skills.
• Deep knowledge of database management and production workflow processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and required experience with Shotgrid.
