What you will do

• Develop and execute production plans to ensure episodic and feature VFX delivery on time and on budget.
• Build and maintain detailed schedules with Leads, Supervisors, and Producer/Executive Producer, tracking progress and feedback in Shotgun.
• Anticipate, communicate, and resolve delivery risks and issues with the Producer/Executive Producer.
• Manage workflow across Artists, Supervisors, and production stakeholders to meet internal and external dependencies and deadlines.
• Own your workload from project start through final deadline.
• Mentor Production Assistants and Coordinators and support ongoing team development.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of VFX production manager processes and workflows.
• Confidence managing high-quality work and talented artists.
• Strong working knowledge of Shotgun.
• Ability to maintain effective relationships across departments and with client needs.
• Experience tracking schedules, progress, and feedback to support on-time delivery.
