What you will do

• Partner with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to define and track key performance metrics.
• Synthesize data from commercial and operational systems to produce holistic insights that connect different views of the business.
• Utilize AI and LLMs to accelerate synthesis and ensure consistency in metric framing across functions.
• Translate complex numerical data into compelling stories tailored for executive stakeholders (CRO, CFO, Head of Ops).
• Build lightweight, repeatable reporting summaries to enable team self-service for follow-on analysis.
• Experiment with and share AI-assisted insight workflows, prompt patterns, and lightweight automations.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in analyst, insights, strategy, or consulting roles with cross-functional exposure.
• Proficiency in at least two domains: commercial (GTM), financial (P&L), or operational (fulfillment).
• AI-native working style, using LLMs as a core part of the cognitive and analytical workflow.
• Strong written and verbal storytelling skills with the ability to adapt framing for different executive levels.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and reporting tools.
• Must be based in Portugal.

Nice to have

• B2B SaaS background.
• Familiarity with NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with experiment design, attribution, pricing, or operational throughput modeling.
