Senior Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce)

Location: Must be based in Portugal

Salary: €38,000–€48,000 annual base, plus 10% annual bonus and stock options.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end business change requests including requirements, configuration, and deployment.
• Enforce AI-readiness standards through metadata consistency, naming conventions, and object hygiene.
• Manage the Business Systems support queue and Slack channel as the primary coverage owner.
• Build and maintain Salesforce Flow and validation rule automation to reduce manual work.
• Perform regular data quality audits and surface anomalies to leadership.
• Document all configurations in a structured, repeatable format suitable for AI tool integration.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce administration or business systems roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration including flows, validation rules, and permission sets.
• Experience managing small-to-medium projects from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Clear written communication skills for technical documentation.
• Must be based in Portugal.
• Familiarity with AI or LLM tooling in a GTM or RevOps context.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator and Platform Builder certifications.
• Experience with Gearset or similar deployment tooling.
• Background in cybersecurity or technical B2B environments.
• Knowledge of data governance and metadata hygiene concepts.
