What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end paid search strategy, execution, and optimization across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
  • Design and execute a rigorous experimentation program, including A/B testing for ad copy, targeting, and landing pages.
  • Partner with the Web team to lead conversion rate optimization experiments and improve downstream performance.
  • Collaborate with Sales to assess lead quality and refine campaign targeting to attract right-fit companies.
  • Manage attribution and reporting, connecting spend to business outcomes like MQLs, SQLs, and revenue.
  • Monitor platform developments and industry shifts to bring forward-looking recommendations to the team.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience managing B2B paid search campaigns at scale.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable demand generation and revenue growth.
  • Experience overseeing $1M+ annual paid search spend with data-driven allocation.
  • Deep expertise in attribution modeling and performance metrics like CPA, ROAS, and CPL.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience using AI and automation tools to improve search performance and forecasting.
