What you will do

• Define and drive the roadmap for the AI Automation platform based on customer discovery and business priorities.
• Design a flexible and extensible automation framework supporting both traditional workflows and AI-based agentic scenarios.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and design to deliver scalable automation capabilities in iterative cycles.
• Translate complex technical topics, such as orchestration engines and AI agent integration, into detailed product requirements.
• Partner with customer-facing teams to drive adoption and measure the business value delivered to enterprise clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, specifically in enterprise software or infrastructure domains.
• Strong AI-first mindset with experience leveraging LLMs and automation agents in practical, scalable ways.
• Technical depth in APIs, orchestration engines, and backend architectures.
• Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Professional-level English (C1) proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Nice to have

• Experience with endpoint technologies or device management products.
• Knowledge of ITSM tools and IT operations workflows.
