What you will do

• Monitor pre-event and in-play betting activity in real-time.
• Analyze customer betting patterns and execute detailed customer profiling.
• Evaluate over-the-limit wager requests from customers.
• Report and communicate sportsbook abnormalities and potentially suspicious events.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service team to resolve SBI-related disputes.
• Achieve KPIs set by department leadership and provide daily shift summaries.

Requirements

• Experience in betting/sportsbook activities and knowledge of trading principles.
• Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, or similar.
• Proven analytical and mathematical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and make quick decisions.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts aligned with the sports calendar.
