What you will do

• Monitor and resolve payments, fraud, and bonus abuse alerts, including 24/7 exposure limit monitoring.
• Perform payment reviews and process manual transactions and withdrawals through the High Withdrawal Approval Process (HWAP).
• Conduct account risk assessments and manual KYC checks to approve player documentation.
• Investigate potential fraud rings, suspicious sportsbook activity, and bonus abuse.
• Manage chargeback cases and collaborate with third-party service providers to prevent fraud.
• Develop fraud analysis models and identify process vulnerabilities to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Ability to work in shifts: 1st (08h-16h), 2nd (16h-24h), and 3rd (24h-08h), 5 days per week.
• 24/7 flexibility when required.
• Knowledge of iGaming, Sports betting, and player behavior (preferred).
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English as the primary working language.
