What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Tech Leads to gather and validate requirements for upcoming sprints.
• Own the Definition of Ready by ensuring epics and stories are complete and unambiguous before grooming.
• Manage Jira epics, stories, and PRD pages to ensure full scope coverage.
• Draft internal release notes and product briefs to keep the company aligned.
• Maintain AI agents and knowledge assets, including glossaries and reference documentation.

Requirements

• Strong written English proficiency with the ability to structure information logically.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Writer, or in Product Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Jira in an active development environment.
• Ability to identify requirement gaps and drive clarity before implementation.
• Comfort working with multiple stakeholders in a distributed team.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, betting, gaming, or other complex B2B product domains.
