Business Analyst (AI)

Location: Remote, with support for remote talent across the globe; offices in Latvia, Malta, Spain, and Montenegro.

What you will do

• Analyze complex business problems and translate them into clear product requirements.
• Refine product ideas with Product Managers and collaborate with designers, project managers, technical leads, engineers, and QA.
• Model business processes, user journeys, system interactions, business rules, and functional behavior.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders, define acceptance criteria, and maintain Definition of Ready checklists.
• Identify risks, edge cases, and dependencies; validate delivered functionality against business expectations.
• Build and maintain AI agents and automations for product requirement documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in product development.
• Experience in sports betting promotion features, or relevant iGaming experience in promotions, gamification, CRM, online casinos, or betting aggregators.
• Strong analytical and systems thinking, with the ability to decompose complex problems into functional requirements.
• Experience with cross-functional product teams, business process modeling using BPMN, UML, or similar methods.
• Understanding of REST APIs, system integrations, user flows, edge cases, business logic, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• Experience applying the Jobs to be Done framework.
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices.
• Familiarity with data analysis, Confluence, Jira, or similar tools.
