What you will do

• Analyze product and business unit performance to provide actionable recommendations for asset optimization.
• Create comprehensive presentations and reports for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage and maintain analytical data and spreadsheets to track customer and business performance.
• Support the sales team in identifying and developing new business opportunities through profitability and trend analysis.
• Maintain technology escrow accounts in compliance with customer contracts.
• Collaborate effectively with Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, and Legal departments.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the casino industry or business intelligence roles.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) is required.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and data mining tools.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, or Actuarial Science is preferred.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a diverse team environment.
