What you will do

• Develop and implement production software and processes across various product families.
• Identify and lead improvement projects to optimize cost, quality, delivery, and safety.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for global and local operations processes.
• Manage project tasks, schedules, and deliverables to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Provide daily support for production software and assembly operations.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering or related field
• 2+ years of experience in a production environment with assembly and engineering project leadership.
• Understanding of LEAN methodologies and associated tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify participant).

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in the hearing or medical device industry.
