What you will do

• Perform calibration and preventive maintenance on production and testing equipment.
• Troubleshoot process issues and diagnose equipment failures to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement next-generation equipment and process improvements.
• Execute validation activities and support change implementation in a regulated environment.
• Collect and analyze data on product returns and process failures to drive root cause analysis.
• Oversee rework efforts and ensure quality standards are met during assembly operations.

Requirements

• 2-year degree in Electronics, Manufacturing, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in a production environment with assembly.
• Understanding of LEAN methodologies and their application in operations.
• Experience working in a regulated environment such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or FDA QSR.
• Proficiency in MS Office and demonstrated ability for data acquisition and analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
