What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of SmartPlant software initiatives across geographically distributed teams.
• Manage project schedules, cost forecasts, and staffing plans specifically for nuclear energy projects.
• Coordinate SmartPlant project initialization, configuration, security, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure data integrity and configuration control within SmartPlant environments.
• Implement project-specific quality requirements and support audits and regulatory documentation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and nuclear clients.

Requirements

• Must be able to satisfy citizenship requirements outlined in 10 CFR 810.
• Minimum 12+ years of related work experience in engineering, software, or industrial systems.
• Direct experience with Hexagon SmartPlant solutions (P&ID, 3D, Instrumentation, Electrical, Materials, Foundation).
• Experience managing enterprise engineering software platforms in highly regulated industries.
• Demonstrated experience leading global or distributed teams.
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding including background checks and drug screens.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience supporting nuclear energy or highly regulated infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with source code management tools like ADO or JIRA.
