What you will do

• Lead the development of integrated project programmes and resource strategies using Primavera P6.
• Produce detailed Work Breakdown Structures aligned with contractual requirements.
• Analyze project risks and provide mitigation strategies and recovery proposals.
• Support project managers in defining milestones, sequencing, and deliverables.
• Produce tender and contract programmes ensuring compliance with NEC conditions.
• Conduct resource and productivity analysis to optimize project performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior planning role within utilities, civil engineering, or major infrastructure.
• Expert working knowledge of Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of the NEC form of contract.
• Demonstrable ability to build, manage, and interrogate complex project schedules.
• High-level analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
