What you will do

• Prepare and review design plans, calculations, and technical documentation for pipelines, pump stations, and treatment systems.
• Apply engineering standards and design codes to ensure technical accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate design efforts across internal teams, subconsultants, and regulatory agencies.
• Serve as a task lead or assistant project manager for contracts valued up to $1M+.
• Lead and contribute to QA/QC processes to ensure design integrity and consistency.
• Assist in the pursuit of new project opportunities to secure annual contracts between $750k and $1.25M+.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline.
• 12+ years of water and wastewater engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Must be based in or able to work in Seattle, Washington (Hybrid).

• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD & Civil 3D software.
