What you will do

• Execute end-to-end operations for DEI and ERG events, managing logistics, ticketing, and post-event insights.
• Coordinate global DEI program implementation, supporting localization and stakeholder alignment across hubs.
• Maintain operational infrastructure including playbooks, documentation, and internal knowledge pages.
• Administer DEI learning pathways, managing logistics, communications, and participation tracking.
• Handle vendor logistics and procurement workflows, including contract processing and partner record maintenance.
• Compile participation data and assist with Spain-specific compliance processes like the Gender Equality Plan.

Requirements

• 3 years of program or project management experience in DEI, CSR, People, or Learning functions.
• Experience executing end-to-end global programs across multiple regions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in data tracking and measuring program effectiveness.
• Familiarity with vendor management and procurement processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
