What you will do

• Guide expense strategy and align on enterprise priorities with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop reporting models and scenario analyses for visibility into expenses, headcount, and savings opportunities.
• Improve forecasting and planning capabilities through automation and process optimization across multiple planning cycles.
• Utilize benchmarking and unit cost frameworks to identify efficiency opportunities and strengthen governance.
• Create executive-ready materials to help leaders evaluate tradeoffs and monitor progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years of experience in finance roles within a highly matrixed organization.
• 3+ years of experience in advanced forecasting and strategic planning, including activity-based costing and zero-based budgeting.
• 3+ years of experience analyzing financial data and translating insights into clear recommendations for business leaders.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience with training, change management, and driving transformation efforts.
• Strong ability to analyze large data sets to identify trends and insights.
