What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of fullstack engineers to deliver high-impact production code.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to align on roadmap priorities and requirements.
• Architect scalable web APIs, component libraries, and backend systems for data management.
• Promote software development best practices and conduct rigorous code reviews.
• Hire and scale the team while fostering a high-performance, collaborative engineering culture.
• Balance project priorities to ensure company objectives are met efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of engineering management experience leading fullstack teams.
• Minimum 6 years of software development experience in web technologies.
• In-depth experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Strong proficiency with React.js and Redux.
• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, system design, and cloud computing.
• Proven track record of delivering results in high-growth technology companies.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ruby or Ruby on Rails backend development.
• Prior experience working on customer data platforms, identity systems, or bulk data management systems.
