What you will do

• Manage, coach, and support a team of software engineers.
• Own team delivery timelines, sprint execution, and day-to-day engineering processes.
• Partner with Product to align roadmap priorities, scope, and delivery expectations.
• Ensure work is broken down clearly and delivered with high quality.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early in the development cycle.
• Review technical approaches and occasionally contribute code to unblock the team.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Proven experience managing or leading software engineers in a delivery-focused environment.
• Strong technical background with the ability to guide implementation and occasionally code.
• Track record of delivering customer-driven products on deadlines.
• Experience working closely with Product teams to align roadmap and scope.
• Experience with LLM usage, AI-assisted workflows, or AI-driven development.

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, React, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch.
• Background in B2B SaaS.
• Experience in HR, Legal, Compliance, or case management software.
