Implementation Consultant (Safety)

TL;DR

Implementation Consultant (Safety): Managing software implementation projects for clients with an accent on application configuration, user training, and project milestone tracking. Location: Must be based in Canada. Role is predominantly remote with some travel expected.

What you will do

• Lead and support project implementations following established methodologies.
• Configure the application to meet specific client requirements.
• Conduct client training sessions and perform system testing.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical consultants to ensure project cohesion.
• Manage project timelines and intervene when milestones are at risk.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and daily timesheets.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• University degree in IT, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong communication skills for client-facing liaison work.
• Ability to manage project timelines and meet utilization targets.

Nice to have

• Professional designations such as CIH, CSP, CSRP, or COHN.
• Bilingualism is considered an asset.
