What you will do

• Define and maintain ServiceNow platform architecture and design standards.
• Design integrations and interoperability with external systems using REST APIs and Web Services.
• Translate business needs into technical architecture models and roadmaps.
• Supervise ServiceNow implementations and support development teams in solution design.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and the knowledge base.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and design.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, Web Services, Single Sign-On (SSO), and LDAP.
• Experience with enterprise architecture tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect or ARIS.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent is required.
• Solid understanding of IT security standards and service management concepts.
