TL;DR

Solutions Architect (Modernization): Designing and leading the implementation of complex technical solutions for mission-critical client systems with an accent on cloud migration, data center modernization, and infrastructure interoperability. Focus on bridging the gap between client requirements and technical delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while driving innovation in SDN, SASE, and zero-trust architectures.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Wroclaw, Poland (Hybrid role).

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical link between the company and clients, guiding stakeholders through the full project lifecycle.
• Design and define optimal technical solutions for modernization projects, including cloud and data center environments.
• Provide technical leadership during implementation, ensuring solutions meet business needs and performance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to integrate diverse technologies.
• Consult with clients early in the process to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical designs.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of Data Center systems, including storage, networking, security, applications, and databases.
• Proven experience in Systems and Solutions Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Data Center technologies and Cloud Software.
• Must be based in or able to work from Wroclaw, Poland.
• Strong communication skills to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Palo Alto, Zscaler, Illumio, or Guardicore.
• Strong DevNetOps and DevSecOps skills.
• Experience with SDN, SD-WAN, SASE, and zero-trust implementations.
