What you will do

• Analyze project requirements to produce structured technical breakdowns and design backend architectures in Node.js/TypeScript.
• Implement and maintain structured AI-assisted development workflows, prompt patterns, and guardrails.
• Directly contribute to the implementation of critical backend components and high-complexity systems.
• Lead delivery teams in making architectural decisions and validate AI-generated code in sensitive areas.
• Identify AI-assisted optimization opportunities during discovery and pre-sales phases.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong backend expertise in Node.js (TypeScript) and solid frontend experience with React.
• Previous experience in Tech Lead, Architect, or Staff-level roles.
• Demonstrated experience implementing AI-assisted development pipelines in real production environments.
• Deep understanding of external API integrations, event-driven architectures, and system security.
• Experience with AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3), PostgreSQL/NoSQL, and Docker.
