Azure System Architect (Azure/Fintech): Shaping and evolving IT architecture for a leading Nordic financial group with an accent on modernization and strategic business capabilities. Focus on designing enterprise applications on Azure AKS, PostgreSQL, and Kafka-based integrations.

Location: Hybrid from Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Warszawa (2/3 days per week from the office)

Salary: 1200 - 1400 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Deliver high-quality architectural outcomes and govern architectural principles and best practices.
• Communicate complex architectural concepts to stakeholders to build holistic system understanding.
• Lead strategic discussions to reduce complexity, improve cost efficiency, and enhance business agility.
• Analyze stakeholder needs to create architecture visions and roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
• Mentor team members to strengthen overall technical capability and support the target architecture implementation.

Requirements

• Microsoft Azure certification (Azure Solutions Architect Expert) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience designing and deploying enterprise applications on Azure AKS.
• Experience with Azure PostgreSQL and implementing Kafka integrations within Azure.
• Strong software engineering background and professional-level enterprise architecture knowledge.
• Must be based in or able to work from Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Warszawa (hybrid).
