What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Application Support Engineers to achieve high performance and quality.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including case assignment, workload balancing, and resource planning.
- Provide advanced technical support for complex and high-priority cases from customers and partners.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Product Management, and Documentation teams to drive timely issue resolution.
- Analyze support processes and implement operational enhancements to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Manage the full talent lifecycle for the team, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience supporting, implementing, or consulting on ERP solutions (e.g., , SAP, NetSuite) within Distribution, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain industries.
- 3+ years of people management experience leading technical support, customer success, or consulting teams.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Direct experience with ERP.
- Knowledge of ERP business processes and accounting principles.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
