What you will do
- Collaborate with customers to define requirements and deliver tailored Sales Cloud solutions.
- Own the overall design success and lead development teams through the full project lifecycle.
- Configure Salesforce solutions using point-and-click tools and platform features.
- Partner with the AI team to integrate innovative generative AI and Agentforce technologies.
- Mentor junior team members on best practices and technical architecture.
- Support pre-sales activities, including demos and industry perspective development.
Requirements
- Must be based in Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario, Canada.
- 5+ years of hands-on project experience in a development or configuration capacity.
- 10+ successful Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations.
- Deep understanding of Sales, Sales Operations, and Business Operations.
- Expertise in Application Lifecycle Management, Release Management, and Governance.
- Proven client-facing experience in discovery, design, and enterprise architecture.
Nice to have
- Salesforce certifications (CPQ, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, or Field Service Lightning).
- Experience coaching and mentoring technical talent.
