What you will do

• Process journal entries across the general ledger with precision and timeliness.
• Execute month-end close procedures, including accruals, adjusting entries, and account reconciliations.
• Implement and maintain internal controls over financial reporting and transaction processing.
• Perform detailed reconciliations across bank, credit card, intercompany, and accrued expense accounts.
• Partner with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll teams to ensure seamless transaction flow.
• Support external auditors during audit fieldwork and provide requested documentation.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in general ledger accounting or financial accounting.
• Strong proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or QuickBooks.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and broader accounting standards.
• Advanced capability in Microsoft Excel for reporting, analysis, and data reconciliation.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in high-volume environments.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for explaining financial data to non-accounting stakeholders.
