What you will do

• Oversee regional financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance across all entities.
• Consolidate and analyze financial results to provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Lead the preparation and management of budgets and financial forecasts across multiple markets.
• Embed strong internal controls, risk management, and corporate governance practices.
• Coordinate internal and external audits ensuring compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and local laws.
• Drive automation and accuracy by enhancing financial systems and ERP utilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Professional certification: CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in Big 4 audit and regional leadership.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and multi-market regulatory frameworks.
• Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
• Exceptional communication skills to influence non-finance stakeholders.
