What you will do

• Execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment breakdowns and operational downtime.
• Perform root-cause analysis to investigate equipment failures and line stoppages.
• Repair and maintain industrial production machinery, including inspection, assembly, and component replacement.
• Manage work orders, spare parts inventory, and documentation using the company's maintenance system.
• Inspect equipment to ensure conformance with safety and operational performance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize maintenance activities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations.
• Physical ability to lift/carry 50lbs, work from heights, and in confined spaces.
• Ability to qualify for and wear a full-face respirator.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
