Business Operations Lead

TL;DR

Business Operations Lead (MedTech): Serving as the operational backbone for the Emerging Markets segment within Client Success with an accent on driving execution, data integrity, and cross-functional coordination. Focus on managing complex renewal processes, optimizing Salesforce data, and aligning internal stakeholders to support retention strategies.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Dallas, TX (Hybrid: 3x in office/week)

What you will do

• Manage the renewals process by tracking timelines, flagging risks, and ensuring deliverables are met.
• Analyze data and prepare narrative assets to support renewal and retention strategies.
• Lead project management for complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across Finance, Product, and Sales.
• Coordinate responses to non-standard client requests and escalations.
• Act as a bridge between Client Success and the broader organization to drive alignment.
• Monitor Salesforce reports to ensure data integrity and proactively address gaps.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, business operations, or CS/account management support.
• Strong project management skills with experience coordinating across multiple teams.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, including building and interpreting reports.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with frontline staff and senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with comfort operating in ambiguous situations.
