Professional Services Consultant (Cybersecurity)

Location: Germany, remote with on-site customer engagements

What you will do

• Support customers during project design and implementation phases.
• Create and maintain high- and low-level designs, procedures, test plans, configuration templates, and scripts.
• Provision, customize, test, and verify hirify.global configurations and solutions.
• Perform interoperability and integration testing with third-party devices.
• Apply hirify.global best practices, resolve or escalate technical issues, and provide knowledge transfer to customers.
• Maintain technical expertise across hirify.global products and technologies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with LAN/WAN and network security products.
• Experience designing and implementing FortiGate or major third-party security solutions.
• Experience with complex routing and WAN environments, including BGP and OSPF.
• Experience maintaining, deploying, or designing MPLS networks, particularly L3 VPN.
• Exposure to MSSP or managed-service environments, including multi-tenancy, monitoring, reporting, and supportability.
• Fluent German and English are required. A technical or management university degree, or equivalent extensive experience, is expected.

Nice to have

• Experience with scripting and automation, including ZTP and integrations with orchestrators, controllers, or dashboards.
• Experience working with customer-site security infrastructure engagements.
