What you will do

• Assist customers during the design and build phases of security projects.
• Develop and maintain technical project documentation, including high/low-level designs and test plans.
• Provision, customize, and verify hirify.global configurations based on approved designs.
• Test solutions and verify system behavior, including interoperability and integration testing.
• Resolve or escalate technical issues and provide knowledge transfer to client staff.
• Maintain core competency on the hirify.global product line and security technologies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in LAN/WAN and network security products.
• Fluent English and German language skills are required.
• Experience designing and implementing FortiGate or major 3rd-party security solutions.
• Proficiency in complex routing environments (BGP, OSPF) and MPLS/L3 VPN networks.
• Experience with scripting and automation (ZTP, orchestrators, controllers).
• Must be able to work on-site at customer locations in Germany.
