What you will do

• Develop and drive a group-wide, risk-based physical security framework including policies and standards.
• Implement and continuously improve site security concepts across all business segments and locations.
• Conduct risk and threat assessments for sabotage, vandalism, and espionage to define mitigation measures.
• Manage the procurement and tendering of security services ensuring high quality and cost efficiency.
• Advise on technical and personnel security requirements for new sites, buildings, and leases.
• Coordinate security for high-profile events and contribute to executive protection activities.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in physical security within corporate or complex operational environments.
• Expertise in physical security technologies and frameworks, including ISO 27001.
• Solid understanding of IT and OT environments, particularly grid and energy infrastructure.
• Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
• Valid driver’s license (Class B).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to act effectively under pressure.

• Professional certifications such as CPP, PSP, or CPO.
