What you will do

• Perform full-cycle accounting including AP, AR, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reporting packages in accordance with internal controls.
• Maintain and update financial records using databases, spreadsheets, and accounting systems.
• Research and analyze financial transactions using data management tools.
• Collaborate with clients, operation teams, and corporate stakeholders to resolve accounting issues.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.

Requirements

• College degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage a high-volume workload.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

• Experience with Yardi or other real estate accounting software.
