Location: Remote (US). Must have deep experience in US federal government contracting (FAR/DFARS)

What you will do
- Lead Price-to-Win (PTW) analysis to evaluate competitor strategies, labor rates, and cost structures.
- Develop detailed cost models for various contract types including FFP, CPFF, T&M, IDIQ, and GWAC.
- Create pricing narratives, Basis of Estimate (BOE), and proposal pricing volumes.
- Ensure strict compliance with FAR, DFARS, CAS, and TINA regulations.
- Manage and analyze program-level and portfolio-level P&L, including variance tracking and forecasting.
- Support DCAA/DCMA audits and mentor junior analysts to improve process standardization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in pricing within federal government contracting.
- Deep expertise in PTW methodologies and comprehensive knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS, and TINA regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex financial modeling and analysis.
- Proven experience building and managing P&L models and cost structures.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree (MBA or MS in Finance).
- Certifications such as CPCM (NCMA) or APMP.
- Experience with large-scale contract vehicles like GSA MAS, STARS III, or OASIS+.
- Familiarity with GovWin IQ, Bloomberg Government, CostPoint, Unanet, or Deltek systems.
