Salary: $99,200 - $148,800

What you will do

• Lead Operational Excellence initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma to improve quality, delivery, and operational performance.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to prioritize and implement process improvements.
• Facilitate Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen events, and root cause investigations to reduce waste.
• Analyze performance metrics and operational data to drive data-driven decision making.
• Develop and implement standardized work, visual management systems, and process controls.
• Coach and train cross-functional teams on Lean and Six Sigma tools to build organizational capability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, Master's with 2+ years, or a PhD.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.

Nice to have

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt.
• Proven experience in leading continuous improvement projects and implementing data-driven solutions.
• Strong skills in project management and change management.
• Expertise in process mapping and value stream analysis.
