What you will do

• Design and build reusable demonstration assets that encapsulate product configurations for solution-oriented outcomes.
• Collaborate with field teams to capture the "Voice of the Customer" and translate it into requirements.
• Drive adoption of the Demo Platform within the go-to-market organization.
• Build analytics and reporting to track the usage and effectiveness of demonstrations.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering to support demonstrations of new product introductions.
• Create technical demonstration guides and video examples to enable global technical sellers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of developer experience working with Enterprise SaaS products.
• Full Stack expertise with React, Node, and AWS Serverless patterns (Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS).
• Experience designing for multi-tenancy, tenant isolation, and using infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Strong technical knowledge of digital identity and authentication protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML).
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with demo engineering teams or technical marketing.
• Background in presales.
• Prior experience working with Okta or Auth0.
