What you will do
- Maintain and update client benefits websites to ensure accurate information.
- Manage daily, weekly, and annual inbound and outbound file processing.
- Research, analyze, and resolve participant cases and inquiries.
- Perform system testing for platform releases and annual enrollment activities.
- Execute client-specific reporting and support ACA processing requirements.
- Handle billing-related tasks including invoice generation and receivables reconciliation.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Extensive experience working with databases, including data interpretation and manipulation.
- Experience with benefits administration systems, payroll systems, or HRIS platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with effective communication abilities.
Nice to have
- Prior experience supporting ACA processing.
- Experience working in a client-facing, service-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with benefits enrollment cycles and annual open enrollment support.
