What you will do

• Lead a team of Fleet Specialists, splitting time between field operations (80%) and managerial duties (20%).
• Oversee vehicle utilization by coordinating the collection and deployment of scooters on the streets.
• Manage logistics related to receiving, packing, and deploying new vehicle inventory.
• Create shift plans and supervise team activities to ensure tasks are performed efficiently and safely.
• Maintain quality standards by identifying and rectifying damaged or misplaced vehicles.
• Interview, train, and mentor Fleet Specialists to ensure operational success and meet performance targets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of previous professional work experience.
• Proven experience in managing a team of people.
• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months with no more than 6 points and no major offences (mandatory for insurance).
• Fluency in English.
• General proficiency with digital tools including MS-Office and G-Suite.
