What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of Fleet Specialists through regular one-on-ones and performance reviews.
• Oversee warehouse and in-field operations, including vehicle maintenance, battery swapping, and repositioning.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and batteries to ensure operational availability.
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and investigate workplace incidents.
• Coordinate daily with 3PL partners to maintain agreed service procedures.
• Support operational aspects of company e-vans, including tracking device management.

Requirements

• Must hold a full UK driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 points and no major offences.
• Must be able to work the 22:00 - 06:00 night shift, Monday to Friday.
• 2+ years of professional work experience.
• Proven experience in managing a team.
• Proficiency in digital tools such as MS Office and G-Suite.
• Fluent English proficiency required.
