What you will do

• Participate in a 16–20 week apprenticeship program involving classroom, online, and on-the-job training.
• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of motors, control centers, and electrical fixtures.
• Calibrate and maintain industrial instruments, control systems, and PLCs.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on high and low-voltage switchgear and generators.
• Document equipment malfunctions and manage work orders using CMMS software.
• Collaborate with supervisors and technicians to ensure plant operations meet production schedules and safety codes.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Electrical Journeyman’s License or strong apprentice training experience required.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7 facility.
• Physical capability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency with Windows-based PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
