What you will do

• Manage day-to-day influencer campaigns, including creator identification, vetting, and reporting.
• Conduct strategic creator research and outreach to ensure diverse and relevant recommendations.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with creators and talent agencies.
• Oversee campaign administration using internal platforms such as Waves and Monday.com.
• Review creator content to ensure it meets campaign briefing requirements and brand expectations.
• Collaborate with organic social and media teams to align influencer campaigns with broader social media strategies.

Requirements

• Genuine passion for influencer marketing and the creator economy, with strong familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest.
• Proactive and accountable approach to task ownership and issue escalation.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and receptiveness to constructive feedback.
• Ability to build strong rapport and productive relationships internally and externally.
• Must be based in London, United Kingdom to support the hybrid 3:2 working pattern.
