What you will do

• Coordinate communication and alignment between marketing strategists, agencies, and operational teams.
• Manage the production and deployment of marketing assets across digital and media platforms.
• Structure and maintain KPI frameworks to monitor campaign performance and engagement.
• Develop impactful executive presentations, gathering data and coordinating inputs from stakeholders.
• Manage the master project tracker and support budget reconciliation, including PO requests and spend monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in marketing coordination or operations within B2B environments.
• Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with CRM, project management tools, and analytics dashboards.
• Must be based in Montreal, Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience within the aviation or defense sector.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
