What you will do

• Drive net revenue through proactive VIP sales tactics and promotion of VIP services.
• Manage and deliver the VIP experience in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with premier players to increase loyalty and engagement.
• Track and improve VIP sales metrics to support customer engagement, market share, and net revenue.
• Execute VIP policies and guidelines, including responsible gaming requirements.
• Compile and analyze data to identify trends, improve player performance, and support timely escalations and resolutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 5 years of experience in Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.
• Proven success implementing strategies that improve operational efficiency.
• Ability to increase revenues and control expenses.
• Strong passion for improving the player experience, problem-solving, and maintaining a positive team mindset.
