What you will do
- Own the UK marketing strategy and execution plan to drive awareness and subscriber growth.
- Plan and execute 360° integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Manage marketing budgets to maximize efficiency, profitability, and long-term growth.
- Analyze and optimize performance against key commercial KPIs including CAC and ROI.
- Collaborate with Product, CRM, and Analytics teams to improve the customer journey and experience.
- Lead local initiatives such as partnerships, influencers, podcasts, and affiliate activity.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in a marketing role with a strong understanding of the full marketing funnel.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and hit commercial targets.
- Data-driven mindset with experience optimizing conversion rates and retention metrics.
- Must be based in the United Kingdom.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder management at all levels.
